We do contact website visitors on occasions when we think that a phone call might be beneficial to you but we do not as a general practice use our website to generate a calling list.
We may, with your permission, refer you to another Realtor if you want to buy or sell a property that is not in our normal service area. There could be other situations where a referral is in your best interest but we would discuss your options with you before making a recommendation. The choice would be yours.
The website & E-mail links that we provide in our Custom Homebuilder Directory are direct links to the builder. Any information you provide to the builder would be covered by the builder's privacy policy.
We provide some home mortgage information & content that is provided to us by outside vendors. Some of these content providers also offer online loan applications and online quote services. We do not recommend or endorse these loan services. We can recommend several local mortgage bankers & mortgage brokers that we have had good long term working relationships with that we feel can provide competitive rates & excellent service. If you do choose to fill out a loan application or request a loan quote online your personal financial informtion goes straight to the vendor and is covered by the vendor's privacy policy. Roughly 80% of home buyers use the net to research home mortgages but industry studies show that only 4%-7% of all new loans are generated online. Online loans are still a fairly new part of the loan industry & you need to do your own due diligence.
